Payment and delivery

Registration

You can make purchases on the site without registering. However, for shipping and communication related to your purchase, we need the following information: name, shipping address, (billing address), phone number, email address. By registering for a purchase, you have the opportunity to track your previous orders in your Account, making the shopping process even more straightforward next time.

Shopping

To add the desired products to your shopping list, click the "Add to Cart" button. Afterward, by clicking the "Cart" link in the upper right corner of the page, you can view the selected items and finalize the purchase. You can also remove items from the cart at this point.

Payment

Credit card payment: Simple, fast, and secure payment through the Barion system. After finalizing the order, you will be redirected to the Barion online credit card payment interface. You can pay without registration, using your credit card details. Online credit card payments are processed through the Barion system, and the merchant does not have access to the credit card information. Barion Payment Ltd. is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, with license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

PayPal: PayPal is available to shoppers in more than 200 countries as a simple and secure payment method. PayPal has several advantages, making the purchasing process easier and faster while keeping your financial information secure. All you need is an email and a password to make payments or transfers through the PayPal system.

Cash payment: You have the option to pay for the product in cash upon receiving it, in person at our store.

Cash on delivery: If you prefer to settle the order value upon receiving the package, choose the "Cash on Delivery" payment method. You can pay the package value and shipping cost in cash or by credit card to the courier upon package delivery.

Shipping

The preparation and delivery time for packages is 4-5 workdays. A more precise delivery deadline can be provided with knowledge of the order. You can choose from the following shipping methods:

Home delivery with GLS courier service.

Each product's price includes the shipping cost. We dispatch the products to the courier as soon as possible after payment. However, for some products that are made to order, shipping may take up to 14 business days. The product will be delivered by GLS courier service.

We offer package delivery within Europe to the following countries: Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy, Monaco, Finland, Sweden, Serbia, Ukraine, Andorra, Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia.
